CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER(S)?

Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.

We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason. Please note that our Standard Shipping are posted in each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order.

All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order get a replacement or refund.

 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

The delivery time will depend on your country of residence. Please note, not all of our merchandise ship from the same warehouse. It may take anywhere from 10 - 60 days on average. This is highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country.

Please note, during the holiday season that these time frames may be impacted but you may contact the shipping carriers directly at the number provided in the shipping notification email you will receive. 

Below are the most typical time frames for your region: 

USA: Between 14 - 21 days average 
Canada: Between 16 - 30 days average
UK: Between 20 - 40 days average
Europe: Between 20 - 40 days average
Australia: Between 14 - 21 days average
All Others: Between 30 - 50 days average

 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TRACKING INFORMATION? I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY NOTIFICATION EMAILS OF AN ORDER CONFIRMATION OR TRACKING, WHERE CAN I GET THAT?

A: Typically the shipping carriers update their system slowly (several days may pass before you get tracking). If you haven't received it within a week's time frame, first we would advise to check your spam/junk folder in case and make sure you entered your correct email address upon ordering. Or if you decided to create an account here then you can also check there. If all else fails and nothing is there, please contact us directly through our contact us page

 

REFUNDS/EXCHANGE POLICY

A:. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@momoka.it

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should email us at info@momoka.it

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

WILL YOU WORK WITH BLOGGERS, SOCIAL MEDIA FAMOUS, MODELS, ETC?

A: Generally yes, please send us your information, social media accounts, and any other helpful information to us via our contact us form we will review your request.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

A: The majority of our inventory is sold from our warehouses in China with a select few items from other distributors in other countries including here in the United States. That being said, sometimes your order may come in different packages at different times.
